Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
Last Updated: February 18, 2026
This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds work for FlowSynk paid plans.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through FlowSynk checkout and billing links. If your contract or order form states different terms, the contract/order form controls.
2. Merchant of Record
For many transactions, Polar acts as merchant of record. Where Polar is merchant of record:
- Polar is seller of record on the transaction.
- Polar processes payment methods and issues receipts/invoices.
- Refund execution and chargeback workflow may be handled through Polar systems.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time via:
- The customer billing portal.
- In-app billing settings (if available).
- Written request to
support@flowsynk.comif self-service is unavailable.
Unless required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective at the end of the current paid term.
4. Refunds
Default policy:
- Monthly plans are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
- Annual plans may be eligible for partial or discretionary refund within
14days of first annual purchase. - Upgrades may be prorated as shown at checkout.
- Downgrades generally apply on next renewal date.
FlowSynk may grant goodwill refunds at its sole discretion.
Where required by law, mandatory consumer cancellation/refund rights apply.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@flowsynk.com before opening a card dispute. We may suspend accounts involved in abusive chargeback activity, subject to applicable law.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added by merchant of record based on billing address and legal rules. Tax amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of Service access after any applicable grace period.
