Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of FlowSynk Services.

1. Purpose

The Services are designed for lawful, responsible automation and content operations. You must use the Services in a way that protects users, platforms, and the public.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  1. Violate law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights.
  2. Send spam, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial communications.
  3. Conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, or social engineering.
  4. Generate or distribute malicious, illegal, or exploitative content.
  5. Promote violence, terrorism, abuse, or hate-based harassment.
  6. Process personal data without a valid legal basis or required notices.
  7. Circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, or anti-abuse systems.
  8. Interfere with Service integrity, including malware, probing, or unauthorized access attempts.
  9. Scrape or collect data in a manner that violates platform terms or privacy law.
  10. Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact where such misrepresentation is likely to cause harm.

3. Platform Compliance

If you connect social media or messaging platforms, you must comply with each platform's developer and automation policies. You are responsible for your account standing and enforcement outcomes imposed by those platforms.

4. High-Risk and Regulated Content

Without prior written approval, do not use the Services for:

  1. Political campaign disinformation or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  2. Adult sexual exploitation, child endangerment, or trafficking-related activity.
  3. Weapons trafficking, illegal drugs, or criminal facilitation.
  4. Any use requiring regulated professional oversight unless such oversight is in place.

5. Enforcement

FlowSynk may investigate violations and take action, including:

  1. Warning notices.
  2. Feature restrictions.
  3. Temporary suspension.
  4. Immediate termination for severe or repeated violations.
  5. Reporting to affected platforms or authorities where legally required.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to help@flowsynk.com with relevant evidence (workspace ID, timestamps, content sample, affected platform).
